I started this blog to keep track of my weight loss. It should be a long one because I’ve got a lot of weight to lose! Right now I’m tipping the scales at 322 pounds.

I just got started blogging a couple of months ago and I found that one of the hardest things about it is coming up with new content. That shouldn’t be a problem here because I intend to just post the facts. Mainly the goal is to list current weight, weight loss, exercise schedule and maybe a little diet content. I’m really not into food journals because they are a lot of work. I might try it every now and then. We’ll see.

I’m going to categorize all my weigh in’s as “weigh in.” Clever, no? I always just want to see the numbers move when I search so you can just click on that link if you want. 

Hopefully I can look back on this post in the future and see a lot of progress.
