DONE!

It’s been long and hard but I am finally officially done with all three fat loss phases in the New Rules of Lifting. This third phase has been by FAR the hardest.

Today I didn’t add any weight. That’s obviously not good but I just wanted to finish this thing. It got extremely difficult to get under the bar for those 20 rep sets. I’m happy that they are over.

Here are the stats for today. I don’t really have any comments to add to each individual lift today. Bitch, moan, bitch, moan. That’s pretty much it. I’ll spare you. I will say that my motivation was a little better. Knowing that these were my last one’s helped a lot. The people in the gym probably think I’m crazy because I was walking around mouthing things like “one more time” about 100 times.

Step up - 10×40, 10×45, 10×45, 10×45

Dumbbell push press 10×45, 10×45, 10×45, 10×45

Squat - 20×125, 20×125

Stopping yourself from overeating is harder than it sounds. It is all too easy to eat more than you intended to. Some good tips to help solve this problem are to eat and leave the dinner table. Lounging around the table after you are done eating will only encourage you to eat more than you planned on.Fantastic article. Please do checkout my site http://www.easywaystostayslim.blogspot.com.
