Week 1


We did pretty good yesterday. We walked for about an hour. There’s a restaurant that we like at the other end of the city. We decided to walk it like we’ve done a couple of times before. It was a little over 30 minutes each way. I think that did the trick this time.

I’ve been spending a lot of time thinking about what type of workout routine I want to keep at the gym. There are a lot of options – bench, squat, etc. I need a plan. 

Whatever it is I’ll post it here so I can keep track of my progress.
