First Monday at the gym is over. I worked my ass off. Treadmill again. Made 3 miles in 44 minutes. I walk half a lap (3.0) and then run the second half (6.0). Did this 12 TIMES. It hurt but I kept telling myself I could do it.
The goal will be to always get in 3 miles. Maybe one day I’ll be able to do it in 30 minutes.
That day is FAR away. It will come though.
