Thursday at the gym

I ran my ass off today.

Bumped up the speed to 7.5. I was sweating and huffing and puffing just like on day one.

For some reason I’m not losing weight but instead I’m gaining. I weighed 306 consistantly today. 306 this morning, 306 after work and 306.2 after the gym! I gained weight after the gym? What is that?

I feel fitter then ever. I don’t know what’s going on.
