It took 6 days but I’m back at 302.8 again.
That’s one week with absolutely no progress scale wise. I really do feel firmer though and I wonder if I just gained a lot of muscle recently. All the same, I don’t want to fall into the trap of explaining away weight gains. It happened and I don’t know why.
I guess I’m on one of those “plateaus” I hear so much about. It really sucks. After about five months of consistent dropping I just came to expect that it would continue.
Really hope I can post that 299 in the next week or two.
