Phase 2, week 1, workout 3(A)

I didn’t think I was going to be able to make it to the gym but things worked out and I got there just in time.

I finally figured out how to do the bent over row and did two 35’s with ease. Probably gonna bump it up to 45’s next time. Also got the dumbbell pullover down. I can barely do the curl bar with 10’s on it. As embarrassing as it sounds I might need to bump it down to 5’s.

The rest was simple enough. Still can’t do a situp so I did crunches.
