Phase 2, week 3, workout 1(A)

Bent over row – 120

Incline dumbbells – 100

Shoulder press dumbbells – 60

Dumbbell pullover – 40

Close grip bench – 115

Close grip bench was really easy today. I started with a 25 and a 5 on the bar. Then added a 2 1/2. Finally finished with a 35 on the bar. It was still too easy. Wow.

Bumped up shoulder press. Should have bumped up incline.

I did the pullover with dumbbells instead of the bar today. I like it better.
