Phase 3 preview

Here’s phase 3

It’s only a week away and on it’s face it looks a little easier. Only 4 lifts a day, 3 days a week. Also, it’s only 4-6 reps along with 2 1/2 minutes of rest. (For reference – right now I’m doing 6 lifts a day with 8 reps and 90 seconds rest.)

I’ve been doing this long enough to know that that’s not the case though. I’m sure it will kill me next Monday. We’ll see.

It will definitely force me to lift a lot heavier. I like that a lot.

There’s nothing too weird except workout C which has two different types of squats that I’ve never done before. I feel like I’m gonna miss the regular squats. I was looking forward to moving towards lifting 225. I’m sure these will help me but it’s kind of a bummer.
