HIIT cardio

Tried something new today. Did the HIIT thing on my cardio day.

Warmed up 5 minutes. Then went as hard as I could for 30 seconds, then back to normal for 30 seconds. I did that 5 times. Finished up with a 5 minute cool down for a total of 15 minutes.

I was honestly beat after that.

I’m gonna try this out for a while and see how it goes.
