Phase 3, week 3, workout 3(C)

Squats – 60 pound dumbbells

Hack Squats – 220 pounds

Leg curls – 160 pounds

Calf extension – 80 pound dumbbell

Next week we are leaving for home on Tuesday. I don’t know how I’m gonna fit the last week into the plan. I really don’t want to. I think I’ve made it clear how much I hate it.

I’ll probably do two of the workouts on Monday and the third on Tuesday. Not the best plan but at least I can get them in.
