Phase 6, week 1, workout 1(A)

This one was tough. I did this around 11pm on Monday. It took up almost the whole hour. It’s going to be difficult adjusting to doing the four ab exercises and then the four lifts in the plan.

The lifts today were pretty tough. The squat one especially.

I like that I do 10-12 lifts everytime. Makes it a lot easier to remember how many but also it’s makes me sweat which is important.
