Phase 6, week 1, workout 2(B)

Ok, this is scary. I worked my ass off with this lift. Luckily, I feel like I can handle the ab workout. The second half hurts like hell.

It’s wierd to be working both my arms and legs on all days. I definately sweat a lot more. I guess this is a good thing. I just need to remind myself that this is a good thing.
