Phase 6, week 2, workout 3(B)

Back on schedule now. Got that second (B) lift in today.

It was just as horrible as it always is. It took me an hour to convince myself not to skip. I felt horribly sore before and I’m doubly sore now. My legs might never forgive me.

Gotta push through though. Two more weeks and then I go down in reps. That should be cool.
