Phase 6, week 3, workout 1(A)

No complaints today. It was tough but I got through it. Don’t get me wrong, I’m anxious to see this phase end. I’m just not as whiny about it today.

I upped the weight on all my lifts by 5 pounds.

Good day at the gym.
