I think it’s pretty clear that my problems with losing weight are not on the exercise side. I’ve been really diligent about going to my lifts and runs.
Therefore I must know nothing about nutrition. To remedy that I bought The Abs Diet – a book written by the editor-in-chief of Men’s Health magazine. I trust Men’s Health above all because I’ve been a subscriber for over a decade. My lifting plan was taken from their website.
Hopefully Mr. Zinczenko can give me some good advice that will help me make some progress. It’s a pretty big book – over 350 pages. I should be able to read it all by the end of the weekend.
