Weight loss update

First day off work so I slept a ton. Probably 15 hours! I really need to get a job that lets me get enough sleep. The good part of my current gig is that I’m gonna focus on nothing but weight loss for the next two weeks. All I have to do is eat right, exercise and get enough sleep. That’s my job now. We’ll see how long my wife can stand it!

Anyway. I went to bed at 287.0 and woke up at 282.8.

These fluctations are always fascinating.
