Phase 6, week 5, workout 2(B)

I was able to bump up the weights quite a bit. I’m using the heaviest dumbbells in our gym for the incline. That’s about 50 pounds less than when we were back in the old gym though.

Now that I’ve done both lifts for this part of phase 6 I am extremely happy. I hate a lot of the lifts (read: all the hybrids) but the duration is short enough that I can stand it. I should be a lot more positive about lifting for the next few weeks.
