Phase 6, week 5, workout 3(A)

First lift in the new gym. LOVE IT!

I got to use the barbells for the two hybrids and it made a world of difference. So much smoother.

The gym also allows us to lift earlier in the day. In our apartment we had to wait until late in order to avoid the crowd. It would normally be about time to start the lift. I finished this thing about 5 hours ago.
