Couch to 5K, week 7, day 2

Another 25 minute run. No problems at all this time. In fact, this was the first time where I actually had some gas in the tank at the end. Progress!

I probably could have run 28 minutes. I believe I had a 50/50 shot at huffing and puffing my way to 30 minutes.

I stopped at 25 though. Those long ass runs will be here soon enough.
