I decided to make the switch from Home Grown Muscle to New Rules of Lifting. The main reason is that the idea of doing the new program is exciting. The lifts I’ll be doing are basic fundamental moves that I believe will help me lose weight. I’m not interested in some of the crazy variations that HGM had in store for me.
I’ve gone all out and put together spreadsheets and everything. Can’t wait to start recording my progress. I’m going to be gung ho about this. For a few months anyway!
