I hit my low weight on the dot this morning. Maybe I’ll actually hit a new low tomorrow? Who knows?
I know that you’re not supposed to look at the scale – yada, yada, yada. Come on, though. I don’t care how much muscle I have. For me to reach any reasonable level of fitness that number on the scale has to drop significantly.
Crap! Now that I think about it I had shorts and socks on when I weighed this morning. OH NOOOOOO!
