The break in phase is officially complete.
I finished up by going up on deadlifts.
My stats were as follows. All were for 15 reps. Rest was for 60 seconds.
Deadlifts – 135 lbs to 150 lbs
Step ups – 30 lbs to 45 lbs
One arm shoulder press – 25 lbs to 35 lbs
Close grip pulldown – 105 lbs to 120 lbs
There are no more lifts left this week. I’ll probably start with Fat Loss I on Monday. Until then all I have to do is finish off my 3 runs.
