I’m still having a little bit of trouble with my lower back. As I’ve said countless times in the past, this makes me very nervous. Sometimes I think I’m too cautious when it comes to my back but that’s just how it’s going to be.
Took today off. I’m probably going to run Sunday morning. Then I’m off on Monday (Memorial Day). If I feel like I can deadlift on Tuesday I’ll do it. If not, I’ll do another run.
After having so much trouble with these lifts I’m probably going to start taking an extra day off between lifts and do two runs in between instead of one. It will go something like this: lift, run, run, lift, run, run, lift, day off, day off.
