Afterburn, week 6, day 4

Awesome run today.

My breathing on that last jog was relatively good this time. I was still huffing and puffing but it was a different kind of thing. I wasn’t gasping for every breath so I’m very grateful.

This run was so relatively easy that I’m considering bumping up the speed again. I’m going to run at this pace one more time next week. If I’m good then I’ll go up. That will give me seven runs to prepare for the added sprint and jog in week 9.

Same speeds as usual – 9.3/6.3/3.3
