I’ve got a problem now.
I barely finished this run. I was out of breath before I finished the last sprint. The last jog was extremely tough. I feel like I’m getting worse at these things. This reminds me a lot of my misadventures in Couch to 5K.
I’m going too fast. I think I’m going to finish out this week at the current speeds and then slow it down for next week. That might give me a shot at finishing.
