I’m officially half way through with Afterburn.
This run went a little better but I think the treadmill messed up during the third sprint. I think it was running slow for some reason. Not sure. It was weird. Even so, the end was just as painful as always.
I don’t know what speed I should do next time. I’m thinking of dropping all the way down to 9.0 just to make sure I can do it all.
I’m going to start Fat Loss II either today or tomorrow. That means I start week 9 in either two or three days. I am not looking forward to that.
