I didn’t run today.
Went out with the wife to hang out with some friends. I’m tired.
I walked a few miles to the library this morning so today wasn’t a complete loss I guess.
No day is ever a complete loss. Even if you stray from your plan, you learn something.
Just try again tomorrow. Sometimes a break is good. Exercise is a stress and you got to let your body adapt to the stress you place on it.
