Afterburn, week 9, day 3

Getting better.

Today’s run went pretty well. I was actually really worried that I wouldn’t be able to even finish in the middle of it. I had a little knee pain in addition to the normal pain of sprinting.  After pushing through that I managed to finish pretty easily. I guess I should say relatively easily. Nothing is really easy when it comes to running. Definitely one of my better runs though.

I’ve had this happen before. I think I’ve got it down and get eager to speed up. The first day at the new speed I feel like I’m going to die. I might increase speeds in the future but I’m going to need more than one good run to convince me to do it.
