I haven’t posted in about a week because I haven’t seen the inside of my gym in about a week. Life got in the way. What are you gonna do?
My weight has consistently stayed between 258 and 260 during this whole week. This is actually a bit of an improvement because I was weighing in at as much as 263 the week before. It’s no real surprise though. There’s no question that I eat less when I don’t workout. Especially since I’ve started sprinting.
