Afterburn, week 1, day 1

I’m a big fat boy so I need to be running. Something’s gotta change anyway. I’m not dropping weight even though I’m killing myself with the lifts.

Started Afterburn from the beginning. It wasn’t so bad. I was breathing heavy by my third sprint but not too hard. After running I played basketball for about 20 minutes until they shut the place down.
