Afterburn, week 2, day 1

I spent almost two hours in the gym today. The plan was to go run but since the basketball court was open I decided to go shoot some hoops. I ended up doing that for an hour. I worked up quite a sweat and was very tired.

After that I decided that I better get my run in so I did it. It was tough but I actually felt like my wind was better. Very odd.
