Afterburn, week 4, day 3

I did the whole run today! Actually I did a lot more.

Only felt a little chest pain during the second jog. By the time I got to the the third sprint it was gone. Finished the last sprint and jog without a hitch.

After the run I played basketball for about 30 minutes. Then I got back on the treadmill to test out the old ticker. Ran for 10 minutes at 6.0. No problems at all. Maybe I’m gonna be OK after all.
