Afterburn, week 5, day 4

Another run in the books.

I’m supposed to do these 4 times a week but they freaking kill me when I do. I’ll do the right amount of runs but I’ll just have to slow it down to three times a week. It’s the only way I’m gonna be able to get through 16 weeks of this.

Today was no big deal. Good to have a full week of 4 sprints under my belt.
