  1. Wow! I found this blog by searching for “Couch to 5K”, your journey is super inspiring to me! Over 100 lbs lost is an incredible accomplishment. I am just starting week four of the couch to 5 k program, it’s been a very challenging three weeks. So great to read about others who have had success and moved on to greater challenges.

    You will have to be more determined than ever to stick to a good diet now that you won’t be able to go to the gym for a month! That’s a long time, but you can do it. You did not come this far to slow down now!
