Walking for weight loss

I should note that the only exercise I’m doing right now is my late night walk around town. It’s almost exactly an hour. I walk downhill one way for 30 minutes. Then I turn around and walk uphill  to get home.

I’m really tired when I get home so I can vouch for the fact that walking is no joke.

It seems to be working. I’m still excited about going back to the gym though.
