It was a little weird to stop one minute earlier then normal. That’s part of the plan though.

    You mention pain a lot.

    Pain is often related to the level of acidity in your body.

    I went from 170 pounds to 130 with very little exercise, but I’ve stayed on a living foods (raw plant-based organic) diet.
