One Hour Runner, week 7, day 1

30 minutes.

I’m really glad that today’s run was the short one. I just wasn’t feeling it. My hip was acting up again so the first half was SLOW. My hip started feeling better afterwards but then I started feeling tired and sluggish. My running form went to hell. I couldn’t keep my head up and my arms/shoulders/neck were really tense.

Basically I was doing everything you’re not supposed to do when you run. That’s what happens when you get tired.
