I’m happy to see the number drop but I’ve been gaining and losing the same freaking pound for two months now.
A while back, I set a goal to weigh 200 pounds by April 1. When I set that goal it was almost 70 weeks away. It seemed pretty reasonable at the time. I needed to lose about half a pound a week. Now it’s only 42 weeks away. I’ve got to start averaging almost a pound a week or I’m gonna fall behind.
