Push ups – 9, 8, 6, 5, 5
So close. Not quite there yet, though.
I managed to get all the reps in the first four sets but couldn’t get 7 in the final one. Looks like week one will go another week.
I’m not too upset about it. I managed 5 more push ups today then when I did 1B last week. That’s pretty good progress. Next week I should be able to get over the hump on this one.
