Hal Higdon’s Marathon Training, week 2, day 1

33 minutes.

Super easy run today.

The weather was AWESOME. High 70’s. Humidity was lower too.

I had zero problems.  Best run I’ve had in a while. I know I ran farther then usual because I have a turnaround point with these 33 minute runs. I always hit it at 20 minutes. Today I hit it at 18. I know I actually did 3 miles today. At least.
