Hal Higdon’s Marathon Training, week 3, day 2

44 minutes.

It was even hotter today with less of a breeze. I ended up going two minutes slower then normal on the first half. I tried to make it up for it on the back stretch.

This run wasn’t so bad. I’ve had worse days. Maybe all the extra sweating will translate into actual weight loss.
