Hal Higdon’s Marathon Training, week 8, day 3

33 minutes.

Finally back on schedule. I get a day off tomorrow!

This one was pretty easy. The first five minutes were tough, as usual, but the rest was cake. I threw in a few sprints in there every once in a while just to make it tougher. Good run.

  1. Congratulations on your marathon. I finished mine (the New York City Marathon) last fall. What an adventure!

    Like you, I used the Hal Higdon program initially but on the suggestion of a friend, I used the program at the MarathonMethod.com. Its a far superior program in my opinion.
