Hal Higdon’s Marathon Training, week 13, day 2

Planned – 9 miles

Actual – 3+ miles

Just wasn’t feeling it today. I haven’t got much sleep this week and it’s taking a toll on me. It was hard to convince myself to even go down and get on the treadmill. If I wasn’t on a tight schedule I probably wouldn’t have even went.

This marathon is robbing me of a lot of the joy of running.
