Third straight week I’ve weighed 239. Technically, this is a 0.2 gain but who cares.
It’s been well over a month since my huge gain after my trip home. I’m still five pounds over my low. The odd thing is that when I look in the mirror I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life. I don’t know what to think about this. All I do is run. It’s not like I’m building a ton of muscle.
