Hal Higdon’s Marathon Training, week 14, day 1

5 miles (1.0 incline, 6.5 speed)

I know I say this a lot but the incline feature on the treadmill is no joke. I actually ran the entire thing on 1.0 today and it made it 100x tougher. I ran through the first four miles pretty easily but that last one was tough. I was counting down the quarter miles.

  1. Definitely worth it though. It will make you stronger and faster.
