Hal Higdon’s Marathon Training, week 17, day 2

6 miles.

Did this one on the treadmill late tonight.

I don’t know why but it was pretty tough. I did the first four miles at 6.5 mph. Then I slowed it down to 6.0. That lasted three quarter miles before I had to break it down to a walk. Spent the rest of the time alternating running and walking.
