10 laps (500 yds)
Added three laps to today’s swim. I still can’t believe how hard this is. I also can’t believe how hungry I am when I get home.
I remember swim training for my one and only Ironman attempt back in 2004. I was always starving after the workout, but couldn’t believe how few calories I’d burned.
Good total body workout though. I just wish I enjoyed being in the pool as much as I do being out on the road…
Swimming is the best for of excersize!
