Push ups – 15, 12, 5, 5, 6
Week 3 got off to a rough start.
I was supposed to do 15, 12, 10, 10, 15 but that was not going to happen. After that second set of 12, I was basically done. I was shaking on that 12 rep. You’re supposed to take 60 second rest breaks but on those last three sets I was taking well over 2 minutes. It didn’t help. I flat out ran out of gas.
I could be on week 3 for a month but that’s OK. Nowhere to go but up.
Push ups – 17
I had hopes of staying in the middle column but that was just not meant to be.
Column one is probably right for me anyway. I’ve got a much better shot of moving forward quicker there.
Push ups – 10, 10, 8, 8, 11
I got them all with one extra on the last set. I’m officially done with week 2!
I’m going to do the week 2 test on Monday. Hopefully I can stay in the middle column. I’ve never done the minimum to get into the first column, though, so I guess I should just be happy if I can move on at all.
Push ups – 11, 9, 7, 7, 12
This was the one that got me last week. I missed the last set of 10 by 2.
I got them all and then some today. On the last set I was able to get 12. An increase of 4 push ups this time. That feels awesome.
I’ve already completed 2C once so I shouldn’t have problems doing it again on Saturday. Looking forward to moving on to week 3.
Push ups – 9, 8, 6, 4, 13
Today’s numbers are awesome. For me at least!
I got all the reps in the first four sets. The last set calls for a minimum of 7 and I got 13! I only managed 10 last time so that’s an increase of 3 push ups today.
Thirteen push ups is the most I’ve ever done. To do them at the end of a workout feels good. I’m feeling pretty confident about my chances on the week 2 test right now.

Wow. I got them all. On the first try!
I guess I just had a really good day. None of them were tough except for that final one in the last set.
Unfortunately, I missed reps on 2B so I’ll be doing week 2 over again. It’s probably for the best, though. I could use another week to get ready for the week 2 test. I’ll have to do 21 to stay in the middle of the chart. That’s gonna be awfully tough.

I got all the reps in the first four sets. The last one called for 10. Missed it by 2. So close!
I’ll get them all next week.
