Hal Higdon’s Marathon Training, week 6, day 4

77 minutes.

I decided to do this run without my fuel belt. The weather was pretty mild and I did all I could to hydrate beforehand. I just don’t like running with that thing. Figured I’d take my chances.

It went OK. My mouth got really dry buy I didn’t feel that thirsty. I’m not going to try any longer runs without the belt but it was good to be free of all that gear this time.

  1. It is good that you made it through your run without your fuel belt. A good run is so invigorating!
